Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A) Section
Is payment required to register at present?
No! Billing is not yet live, and every newly registered company currently receives the fully featured Pro plan. An announcement will be made before charging begins, and nothing will be deducted from your account without notice. Please use it with confidence.
What happens when a quota is exceeded?
The action is blocked with a prompt to upgrade. You are never charged extra, and nothing you already have is deleted. Quotas apply only to creating new records; existing data stays visible.
Can data be taken away?
VAT Form 401 filing data can be exported as CSV (on plans that include VAT filing). Other data cannot yet be exported in one click. This is a known gap of this Company and will be closed in future; this Company apologises for the inconvenience. The activity log can be browsed and filtered on screen.
Does an accountant count as an additional member?
Yes; the member count includes you and every collaborator you invite. Please use the invitation feature and never give your accountant your password. Once the password is out, no entry can say who did what, and the audit trail loses its meaning.
Why can't the free plan issue invoices?
E-invoicing involves an ECPay merchant setup and number ranges allocated by the tax authority; it is not a simple feature toggle. By the time you genuinely need to issue invoices, business has started, and upgrading then is soon enough.
Which plan covers foreign-currency quotes and orders?
Multi-currency is not charged separately; it works on any plan that includes quotes or orders. Foreign-currency documents store the rate at the time of issue, so later rate moves don't change an issued document.
